Check-In: 3.00 pm – 8.00 pm
Check-Out: until 10.00 am

Is there an on-site reception?

No, we do not have a reception on site. That’s why check-in at FourElements works a little bit different. The access codes for the houses are sent to our guests on the day of arrival.

There is also no classic check-out – the invoice will be sent to you. The accommodation costs are paid before arrival.

What is the minimum and maximum number of people who can book a house?

The houses can be booked for 2 people.

Which meals are included in the price?

Breakfast is included in the price and is delivered every morning at 8:00 a.m. You can choose between “Regional Breakfast” and “Vegetarian Breakfast”. If you have allergies or intolerances, please let us know at least one week in advance.

Are dogs welcome?

Yes, dogs are welcome in the House Water, House Air and in the House Fire for an additional fee of € 75. Dogs are not allowed in House Air, House King Fisher and the FourElements common area. Please let us know in advance if you are taking your four-legged friend with you.

Do the houses have access to the Salza whitewater river?

Yes, the river is accessible form every house.

Is the natural pool accessible to all guests?

No, the natural pool is only accessible for House King Fisher guests.

Does every house have a wellness area?

Yes, each house has its own hot tub as well as an own sauna in the house. House King Fisher  also has an exclusive natural pool.

Do we have to take cooking utensils (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.) with us?

No, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Is a coffee machine provided in the house?

Yes, there is a Nespresso coffee machine in every house. Nespresso capsule are also in the house.

Do we have to take towels and bathrobes with us?

No, towels and bathrobes are prepared in the houses for you.

I like the furnishings in the house. Is it possible to purchase them anywhere?

We are happy to hear that! Each piece is designed by  purestyle.at. You can either order directly online or send us an email so that we can take care of it for you.

Why are children and adolescents under 18 not allowed?

Due to the construction of our houses directly above a 60 meter high gorge.
